We’re founding a dedicated, cross-functional Growth team, and we’re looking for a Head of Growth Engineering.

What you’ll do

• Partner with product, design, and marketing growth leaders to craft a strategy to achieve Tome’s growth goals.

• Select/build the necessary tools to enable growth insights and empower effective, high-velocity experimentation.

• Lead a full-stack / product growth pod to launch and land magical product experiences.

• Follow and continuously improve a lightweight, disciplined development process based on Lean principles.

• Hire and develop engineers to build out our Growth organization.

• Partner with other members of the engineering and EPD leadership team on technical, product, and business strategy and execution.
  

Who you are

• You walked the engineer IC walk for 5+ years before moving into management.

• You have 1+ years of experience leading senior engineers and high-performance teams.

• You’ve proven yourself as a growth engineer and a leader of other growth engineers, successfully delivering significant growth impact over a sustained period of time.

• You embrace the challenge of starting new ventures and driving cultural change.

• You have high standards for product and technical excellence. You have the right tools to lead the team to exceed those through leadership excellence.
