Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration: Own and manage our GTM tech stack - including Salesforce, DealHub, Gong, Outreach, Monday.com - to ensure optimal configuration, data integrity, and workflow automation across sales, marketing, and customer experience.
Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, leveraging automation (e.g., custom flows and cross-platform integrations) to increase efficiency and reduce friction across teams.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain analytics layer (dashboard and reports) across the entire GTM tech stack, based on reporting needs for each function.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams to ensure smooth workflows, consistency in data, and alignment on GTM processes.
User Management: Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls within GTM tech stack.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for processes & configurations related to GTM systems and train end-users on functionalities and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience with CRM system administration (both Hubspot and Salesforce), including configuration, reporting, and integration with other business systems.
Salesforce Administration Certification is a big plus.
Experience creating architecture and process flow diagrams and documentation
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI are a plus).
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally teams and communicate complex data in an understandable way
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies through CRM and system enhancements.

This is an in-person role in our NYC office and reports to the Revenue Operations Manager on the Business Operations team.
