About Tennr:

Today, when you go to your doctor and need to be referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends a fax (yes, in 2024, 90% of provider-provider communication is a 1980s fax). These are often converted into 20+ page PDFs, with handwritten (doctor’s handwriting!) notes, in thousands of different formats. The problem is so complex that a person has to read it, type it up, and manually enter your information. Tennr built RaeLLM™ (7B—trained on 3M+ documents) to read these docs, talk to your doc to ensure nothing is missed, and text you to help schedule your appointment so you can get better, faster.

Tennr is a NYC-based tech company that launched out of Y-Combinator and is backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Foundation Capital, The New Normal Fund, and other top investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Administration: Own and manage our GTM tech stack - including Salesforce, DealHub, Gong, Outreach, Monday.com - to ensure optimal configuration, data integrity, and workflow automation across sales, marketing, and customer experience.

  • Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, leveraging automation (e.g., custom flows and cross-platform integrations) to increase efficiency and reduce friction across teams.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain analytics layer (dashboard and reports) across the entire GTM tech stack, based on reporting needs for each function.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams to ensure smooth workflows, consistency in data, and alignment on GTM processes.

  • User Management: Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls within GTM tech stack.

  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for processes & configurations related to GTM systems and train end-users on functionalities and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience with CRM system administration (both Hubspot and Salesforce), including configuration, reporting, and integration with other business systems.

  • Salesforce Administration Certification is a big plus.

  • Experience creating architecture and process flow diagrams and documentation

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI are a plus).

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally teams and communicate complex data in an understandable way

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies through CRM and system enhancements.

Additional Info

This is an in-person role in our NYC office and reports to the Revenue Operations Manager on the Business Operations team.
