The Role
We're looking for an Account Executive to help scale a high-velocity sales motion and turn strong early traction into repeatable success. You'll own the full sales cycle — with a strong pipeline already in place, your focus will be on working and closing deals, while also setting some of your own strategic opportunities.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with the founders, product, and engineering teams to refine our ideal customer profile, evolve messaging, and directly shape the roadmap based on what you're hearing from the market. We're looking for someone who thinks beyond just quota — who’s excited to build processes, develop a repeatable playbook, and constantly look for ways to drive ACV higher.
The ideal candidate has experience selling into startups and scaling companies, with the ability to flex into mid-market and enterprise motions. Bonus points if you've helped bring a category-defining product to market before — and you're eager to do it again.
Your Mission 🚀
Own the entire sales process from sourcing to close for mid-market and enterprise customers
Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential customers across multiple industries
Collaborate with product and engineering to shape demos, solutions, and positioning based on customer use cases
Develop repeatable outbound strategies and early sales playbooks
Deliver customer feedback to help shape our roadmap and value proposition
Help define GTM metrics and reporting as we scale the team
Lay the foundation for future AE and SDR hires by documenting and optimizing process
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably at a high-growth startup
Proven success in outbound sales - you’re scrappy, creative, and know how to build pipeline from zero
Deep curiosity about AI and the future of generative tech
Ability to break down technical products and communicate them to non-technical buyers
A strong sense of ownership - you treat customer success and GTM strategy like your own business
You’re organized, metrics-minded, and love turning chaos into systems
Bonus if you have:
Experience selling technical infrastructure (APIs, dev tools, ML platforms, etc.)
Background in consultative selling or solution engineering
Familiarity with CRMs and outbound tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Clay
Played Portal 1 and 2 - or willing to as part of onboarding 😄
