Our product management team is looking for a top-tier analyst, who can lead analysis processes end-to-end - from phrasing the right questions, through identifying the right metrics to answer them, to performing the analysis and verifying its validity and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary analytical focal point for the company.
• Facilitating our data-driven decision making process, to impact our product roadmap and as well as business decisions.
• Extracting analytics, insights and recommendations from structured and unstructured data sets.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Answer non-trivial questions from stakeholders, and transform one-off analyses to operational reports and dashboards.

Requirement:

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles in technology companies.
• Advanced skills in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker; Tableau).
• Demonstrable experience in Python and its relevant data analysis packages.

In the recruitment process you will be expected to demonstrate an end-to-end analysis project you’ve led, from definition to execution and quantification of the business/product impact.
