Interested in being part of the go-to-market team selling real-world Generative AI that currently impacts over a million developers and will impact 10’s of millions in the future?

Tabnine is building a pre-sales team that will handle the significant volume of inbound leads (prospecting/outbound muscle to be developer) by understanding customer requirements and mapping those to the Tabnine solutions. If you have a software development background and have a proven track record in solution engineering then we want to hear from you.

Our mission is to help development teams of every size speed up and simplify the software development process with AI, while maintaining standards of privacy and security. Tabnine boosts engineering velocity, code quality, and developer happiness by automating the coding workflow through AI tools customized to their teams. Unlike generic coding assistants, Tabnine is the AI that you control. We’re looking for top-tier talent to join the Tabnine team and we’d love to hear from you!



  • Own the technical evaluation components of the sales process for accounts across your assigned territory
  • Articulate the various Tabnine deployment options: on-prem, in VPC (GCP, AWS, Azure), single tenant or multi tenant SaaS
  • Define and execute techniques to scale 1:1 conversations to be 1:many (recorded webinars, white papers or other creative scaling techniques)
  • Meet or overachieve your revenue and pipeline goals as part of a sales team
  • Evangelize AI-powered programming via keynotes, social media, or other technical audience promotion techniques
  • Track and provide feedback to the product/eng teams on customer usage patterns or feature requests
  • Interface with the technical decision makers or influencers in key accounts,
  • Define and execute a scalable POV program



  • A deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle with hands-on experience in software development is required.
  • A true desire to see customers benefit from the investment they make with you and Tabnine
  • Experience selling into large organizations / Global 2000 / Fortune 500
  • Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for success
  • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, driven and results oriented

  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with products for developers or other technical users.
  • Experience working with Cloud (AWS, GCP, or others) - a big plus.
