The Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office & Operations Manager to take ownership of our San Francisco office, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing day-to-day office functions, supporting leadership, and organizing customer engagement events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee office operations, including workspace management, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, ensuring a productive work environment.
Plan and execute customer engagement events, including high-profile networking and industry meetups.
Provide high-level executive support, managing scheduling, expense tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Experience in office management, operations, or executive support, ideally within a VC-backed or high-growth environment.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience streamlining operational workflows.
Based in San Francisco, with the ability to travel locally and adjust to evolving priorities, including evening and weekend events.
