As we scale, we're looking for a driven and intellectually curious Enterprise Account Executive to seek out and win new business opportunities. You'll be working with a small team experimenting across channels. If you're excited by the opportunity to take ownership of developing and refining a sales process, then Surge is the place for you.
What we're looking for
5 - 7 years of full-cycle sales experience.
A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement.
A proactive, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
You’re excited about joining a small team. As an early team member you’ll be a key part of building our product and culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by securing new customers.
Be able to create value driven solutions, built on deep research and a full understanding of the client's end to end, order to cash cycle.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients with a diverse set of backgrounds from end to end.
Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.
Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future data roadmap to drive the Surge solution within the marketplace.
Sales process management and opportunity closure.
Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
