Surge is growing massively, and we're just getting started. As we scale, we're looking for a driven and motivated Enterprise SDR to identify new business opportunities. Join and help us solve real-world problems, drive our sales process, and make Surge AI the leader in data labeling.

What we're looking for
1+ year of experience in a sales role or a driven and eager to learn new grad who thrives in fast paced, constantly-changing environments.
A high sense of urgency that can adapt and pivot in every conversation.
The skills to passionately and clearly articulate the value of Surge.
You’re excited about joining a small team. As an early team member you’ll be a key part of building our product and culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify enterprise companies that would value Surge's product.
Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position Surge as a compelling solution.
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in our CRM system.
Become an expert at using lead generation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to routinely extract contacts and create accurate and targeted lists of prospects.
Work closely with the sales team in the ongoing optimization of strategic sales approaches.
