About the Role:

Socure is seeking a strategic, metrics-driven Vice President of Sales Enablement to support sales growth, ramp and effectiveness in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment. This is a critical, high-visibility role, empowered to set the vision for education of the customer-facing Socureans, build scalable principles into the Socure University program, and ensure best-in-class learning experience including live training sessions, coaching, simulations, e-learning, and on-demand. This leader will also oversee and sponsor content that upskills and re-skills the sales organization across Socure use cases, verticals, GEOs, products and technology.

The successful candidate will hire and coach a team of sales enablement professionals and report into the SVP of Marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with the innovative roadmap, market expansion and company's growth objectives

  • Own the end-to-end sales onboarding program that accelerates ramp

  • Ensure product, technology and market expertise across the entire GTM organization (sales, solution consulting, channel, account managers and technical account managers); build and continuously innovate product and use case certification program

  • Roll out and drive utilization of innovative learning tools, evolving sales techniques and learning development approaches to continuously upskill talent

  • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) for the enablement team and efforts, measure, report, scale and improve as the company grows

  • Build effective relationships with the sales leadership, product manager, marketing team and beyond, and manage resources that support the enablement goals and ongoing success

  • Operationalize marketing content to drive optimal engagement and conversations with customers and prospects

  • Be the expert in Socure product suite, gain deep knowledge of the customer and the market

  • Support Voice of Customer program to ensure customer feedback and priorities are incorporated into curriculum development

  • Roll out sales methodology that supports enterprise solution selling

  • Establish and nurture Voice of Sales program to ensure the flow of customer, market and competitive insight back into the product and marketing organizations

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years experience in sales enablement within the enterprise SaaS industry, preferably fraud protection, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition spaces

  • 5+ years of direct management experience in sales enablement, learning development or sales strategy

  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes, sales methodologies (Challenger, Command of the Message, or other) and buyer journey

  • Exceptional leadership, team and resource management skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities

  • Data-driven approach with ability to set and deliver on success metrics, and qualify improvements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
