⭐ About the role We're looking for a Social Media & Video Freelancer to work with our small but high-calibre team on a flexible basis for regular content creation, community management, and influencer engagement. We're a team that's 100% AI-native — not just building AI agents, but using them daily to supercharge our own workflows. Our mission is to reinvent product development through specialised AI agents, and we need someone who can authentically share this story with the world.

🎬 What you'll do

• Video-First Content Creation: Produce engaging video content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Reddit showcasing AI agents in action, product development workflows, and behind-the-scenes startup life
• Audience Development: Build and grow engaged communities around AI product development, vibe coding, and agent experiences across multiple platforms
• Platform Strategy: Develop platform-specific content strategies that leverage each channel's unique strengths and audiences
• Influencer Engagement: Identify and collaborate with AI/product development influencers and thought leaders to amplify our reach
• Community Management: Engage authentically with our audience, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations about AI agents
• Content Performance: Track, analyze, and optimize content performance to maximize engagement and audience growth

✅ This role is for you if

• You're a proven content creator with demonstrable track record building audiences on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Reddit with AI products such as coding agents, vibe coding tools, or other AI agents for technical/professional individuals or teams
• You're video-native — you think in video-first content, not blog posts. You understand what makes content go viral and drive engagement
• You have deep AI expertise — you genuinely understand AI agents, product development workflows, and can speak authentically about these topics and know all relevant groups and communities
• You can show your work — you have links to successful content, audience growth metrics, and engagement rates you've achieved
• You're a natural storyteller who can make complex AI concepts accessible and engaging for different audiences
• You thrive in startup environments and can move fast, test ideas, and iterate based on what works

Requirements:

• Location flexible - hybrid ideal (visit office and continue remotely). Full-time team is fully onsite, so you're welcome to be with us 100% of time if around Old Street
• Proven social media presence with engaged audience in AI/product development space
• Portfolio of successful content with links to your social media profiles and examples of viral or high-engagement content you've created about AI products, coding, or product development
• Video creation skills and experience with content editing tools
• Legal right to work as a freelancer in UK
• Native English (other languages advantageous)
• Available for flexible project-based or hourly work
