We started with our first product design agents in 2023, and now we're cooking up their next step, with something new that we haven't announced yet. In this role, you will:
- Drive discovery and ORGANIC acquisition among individuals and teams through content, communities, and paid channels where they actually spend time.
- Design and execute onboarding sequences and activation campaigns that get individual users to "wow moments" they want to share internally
- Create compelling case studies, tutorials, and thought leadership content that resonates with both individual contributors and team leaders
- Build and manage engaged communities where users become advocates and drive peer-to-peer recommendations
- Run integrated organic campaigns across multiple channels to drive sustainable growth
- Own customer success and support channels until we scale to a dedicated team
- Identify usage patterns that signal team expansion opportunities and convert them into team-wide subscriptions
- Execute rapid growth experiments across the entire funnel to optimize conversion and viral sharing
- Track and analyze everything from individual activation rates to team conversion patterns and advocacy metrics
Your background looks something like:
- Bottom-up PLG expertise with a track record of growing products from individual trial to team adoption.
- Developer marketing experience - you understand how technical audiences evaluate tools and make decisions - preferably AI applications, where individual developers, product managers designers or other technical users influence team/company purchasing decisions.
- Community-led growth experience building technical communities (Discord, Slack, forums) that drive organic adoption
- Content marketing skills that resonate with both individual contributors AND team leaders
- Hands-on experience with organic and paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
- Customer success experience managing user onboarding, support, and expansion conversations
- Metrics obsession - you track everything and make data-driven decisions about growth strategy
