NVIDIA is looking for best-in-class Chip Design Manager to join our outstanding PCIe team. As a manager at our team, you'll lead a passionate group of innovative engineers that implements the next PCIe gen7 protocol for all NVIDIA high-end chips such as networking, Tegra, and GPU! Make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, deliver high-speed communication devices with outstanding performance while focus on energy efficient design.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of design and verification engineers that develops core units within the PCIe stack for all company high-end silicon products.

  • End to end ownership over entire chip delivery process - plan, design, verify and unit integration.

  • Work closely with multiple teams within organizations such as Project managers, Architecture, Micro-Architecture, Firmware, and Physical Design.

What We Need to See:

  • Electrical Engineering B.Sc, Computer Engineering or other relevant engineering department graduate with high scores, or equivalent experience.

  • Self-motivated, ability to work, lead and drive tasks to completion.

  • 2+ years of Managerial experience in chip design.

  • 6+ overall years of experience in dynamic verification.

  • A standout colleague with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • RTL design hands on experience.

  • Knowledge in PCIe protocol.
