NVIDIA is searching for a highly motivated, creative SW manager with experience in system software to join the Software management team. You will lead a major NVIDIA Software team to develop tools that enable developers worldwide to harness the full power of NVIDIA products. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to thrive in an environment with complex software and hardware designs, take ownership and lead key components shipped in all NVIDIA products, from supercomputers, workstations, automotive projects, cloud and web services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be part of SW/HW projects in a large and cross platform codebase, with key focus on leading the development of tools kit for Network interface controllers, switches, routers optic modules and transceivers

  • Collaborate across software and hardware teams to define, plan and deliver on commitments, following all the way through the architecture definition process from design, development to features bring up and productization

  • Drive the tool support with the early modelling and simulation required to produce our outstanding products

  • Collaborate effectively with teams from all around the globe for higher productivity

  • Provide technical guidance and career mentorship to the team. Empower the team members to excel and to increase team productiveness

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree

  • 12+ years of overall professional experience

  • 5+ years of managerial experience

  • Experience in complex code base deliveries. Ability to handle many execution processes in parallel

  • Hands on technical background; C, C++, Python programming and low-level driver experience
