Run:AI is bridging the gap between data science and computing infrastructure by creating a high-performance compute virtualization layer for deep learning, speeding the training of neural network models and enabling the development of large AI models. By abstracting workloads from underlying infrastructure, Run:AI creates a shared pool of resources that can be dynamically provisioned for full utilization of expensive GPU compute.

Job Description

As a Partner Solutions Engineer at Run:AI, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations with key technology partners. You will act as the technical liaison between Run:AI and our partner ecosystem, driving joint solution development, enabling integrations, and ensuring successful implementations for mutual customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and nurture relationships with technology partners (for example Nvidia, AWS, Dell, Vast Data) to identify areas of collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with partner technical teams to architect and design joint solutions that leverage Run:AI's platform and complement partner offerings.
  • Solution Architecture: Lead the technical aspects of solution design, providing guidance, best practices, and architectural recommendations to ensure optimal integration and performance.
  • Enablement and Support: Enable partner technical teams through training, documentation, and workshops to ensure a deep understanding of Run:AI's platform and its integration points.
  • Customer Engagement: Support joint customer engagements, providing technical expertise during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales phases.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the partner, gathering feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement of Run:AI's platform and partnership strategies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • At least 3 years experience in customer-facing technical roles
  • High level of technical expertise, including the ability to talk architecture, AI infrastructure, resource allocation and hardware virtualization
  • Knowledge of technologies like Docker, Containers and Kubernetes
  • Experience in partner or ecosystem engagement, with a track record of successful collaboration and solution development.
  • Confidence in using a whiteboard and a platform demo
  • Consultative and analytical, with an ability to identify and solve complete processes and infrastructure
  • Can work independently, highly organized, with a strong self-structure and discipline about their work
  • Expect (and hopefully enjoy) frequent travel
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in related discipline. Science or Engineering degree preferred.
