Strategic Alliances Manager

As Sr. Partner marketing manager you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our partnerships. Combining product marketing and business development approaches, you will develop joint messaging, marketing content, and go-to-market campaigns with our key partners. This position requires a candidate with experience as a partner or product marketing manager at an enterprise software company, who has successfully collaborated with strategic partners to create impactful messaging, solutions, and marketing campaigns. You will closely collaborate with business development, marketing, demand generation, and field marketing teams globally.
- Define the partner marketing plan, objectives, key messages, and deliverables for collaborative joint campaigns between Run:ai and partners, with a focus on driving demand generation, including leads and sales opportunities.
- Develop joint messaging, solutions, and marketing content, integrating Run:ai's messaging into partner-hosted public-facing content such as blogs, press releases, videos, and other assets.
- Coordinate and execute joint marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and social media activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related activities internally and externally.
- Generate regular reports to assess campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
- Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans that align with overall business development and marketing priorities.
- You possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in partner, product, and/or solutions marketing for an enterprise software company.
- You have a proven track record of creating impactful marketing content, messaging, and better together solutions.
- You possess a strong understanding of partnerships, marketing strategies, principles, and tactics.
- You have knowledge of AI/ML solutions, GPU/AI platforms, cloud computing, data/analytics, and the latest industry trends.
- Experience working in a high-growth enterprise software startup, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience delivering presentations at conferences, webinars, and similar events.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, data-driven, problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work streams simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
