To fuel this momentum, we’re looking for a Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR); a self-motivated, highly driven sales professional eager to make an impact in a fast-scaling, GenAI company.
As a Strategic SDR, you’ll partner directly with our most senior Strategic Account Executives, opening doors and making connections with some of the world’s largest and most influential enterprises. Your mission is to cultivate relationships with prospective customers, generate qualified opportunities, and build a strong pipeline that accelerates our growth.
This isn’t a typical SDR role, you’ll gain direct exposure to executive-level selling, work side by side with veteran sales leaders, and learn proven enterprise sales methodologies while shaping how the biggest brands engage with GenAI-powered customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
The Strategic SDR is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth by working in lockstep with senior Strategic Account Executives to identify, engage, and create opportunities within high-value prospects within target accounts. This role blends in-depth research, account strategy, and targeted outreach to accelerate pipeline generation for the Strategic Sales Team within some of the largest and most complex enterprises.
Success in this role requires more than prospecting skills — it demands the ability to think like an account strategist, build executive-level connections, and act as a true partner to AEs in shaping and executing tailored go-to-market plays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Research & Targeting – Conduct deep research into target accounts and decision-makers, leveraging tools, industry insights, and social networks to generate actionable intelligence.
- Strategic AE Partnership – Work hand-in-hand with Strategic Account Executives on account planning, messaging design, and outreach execution. Co-create engagement strategies that include tailored messaging, executive-level meetings, and high-impact events (dinners, roundtables, industry forums).
- Market & Account Intelligence – Partner with the GTM team to synthesize market data and account context, ensuring every outreach is informed, personalized, and tied to the prospect’s priorities.
- Platform Positioning – Introduce Observe.AI’s GenAI-powered Agent platform with credibility and precision, aligning its value to each prospect’s unique needs and business outcomes.
What you bring to the role
- 5+ years experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech); exposure to enterprise accounts a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to conduct deep research, tailor outreach, and engage senior decision-makers at large enterprises.
- Strong collaborator who thrives working hand-in-hand with senior Account Executives to co-develop account strategies and drive pipeline growth.
- Resilient self-starter who is adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and motivated to exceed ambitious goals.
- Excellent communicator, skilled at translating insights into compelling conversations and confident in phone, written, and virtual outreach.
- Coachable and growth-oriented, eager to learn from feedback, build enterprise sales skills, and grow into senior customer-facing roles.
- Organized and disciplined in managing time, priorities, and pipeline activity with consistency.

Salary Range
The OTE (On Target Earnings) compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $110K Range per annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
