We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our Customer Support team. As a Solution Architect focused on customer support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our Lamini solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

About the role:

  • Technical Support and Consultation:
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, providing guidance on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our Lamini platform.
  • Provide proactive support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth operation of our solutions.
  • Solution Design and Architecture:
  • Lead the design and architecture of customized solutions that leverage our Lamini platform to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.
  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including system diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans, in collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of solution architectures to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Knowledge Transfer and Training:
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to customer teams, empowering them to effectively utilize and maximize the value of our Lamini platform.
  • Develop educational materials, documentation, and best practices guides to support ongoing customer learning and enablement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client organizations, including technical teams, project managers, and executive leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, escalations, and relationship management, ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on delivering technology solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) technologies and experience working with Large Language Models is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical proficiency in cloud computing, distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise software architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and engagements, as needed.
