Business runs on contracts. Every dollar earned, relationship formed, and advantage gained comes down to the contract that makes it real. But getting a contract done is more complicated than it should be. And when contract data is buried, leaders can’t see risks, obligations, or act in time.

Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform that transforms agreements into assets. Contracts move faster, insights surface instantly, and agents push work forward, all with you in control. Whether you’re buying or selling, Ironclad unifies the entire process on one intelligent platform, providing leaders with the visibility they need to stay one step ahead. That’s why the world’s most transformative organizations, from OpenAI to the World Health Organization and the Associated Press, trust Ironclad to accelerate their business.

We’re consistently recognized as a leader in the industry: a Leader in the Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contract Lifecycle Management, a Fortune Great Place to Work six years running, and one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Workplaces. Ironclad has also been named to Forbes’ AI 50 and Business Insider’s list of Companies to Bet Your Career On.

We’re backed by leading investors including Accel, Y Combinator, Sequoia, BOND, and Franklin Templeton. For more information, visit www.ironcladapp.com or follow us on LinkedIn.

We’re on a journey to bring contracting into the digital world. And, that means rethinking how people (and companies) form trust and work together. We're looking for an imaginative Product Leader to help us challenge the status quo and redefine contracting and obligation management.

This role requires deep product development instincts, strategic thinking, market insights, and balancing technical tradeoffs to achieve business goals with limited resources.

You’ll partner deeply with engineers, product managers, GTM leaders, and customers to transform and humanize the nature of a contract - from paper to data, and from inaccessible to intuitive.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of product managers focused on contract creation, negotiation and e-signature, orchestrating with designers and engineers to build great products that win the market in Contract Lifecycle Management.

  • Spend time with prospects, customers and analysts to deeply understand needs

  • Define strategy and deliver a series of bets that find product market fit

  • Define a strategy that outlines new bets for Ironclad and what it can unlock for the future of the business based on existing company and product strategy

  • Manage, inspire, and build a high-performing team that is able to meaningfully inflect the Ironclad business, explore new opportunities for Ironclad to grow its customer penetration, usage, move into new markets, and/or displace competitors

  • Be deeply collaborative with existing EPD teams, GTM, and more to successfully land new products in the market and drive adoption

  • Communicate often and clearly up and across the organization and to customers as bets quickly evolve

Key Skills:

  • Embrace ambiguity -- We are growing rapidly and so is the word of AI. It’s critical the person in-seat embraces the nature of the “unknown” this role demands

  • High ownership -- This role demands high ownership of everything from the strategy to the details of product execution, enablement, GTM partnership, and more to make this successful

  • Deeply collaborative -- Work happens at the speed of trust. Its critical that the lines of communication between teams and across E/P/D and the entire organization (GTM, leadership, and more) are strong and thoughtful

  • Utilize speed as an advantage -- velocity is the ultimate competitive advantage, so we need someone who can prioritize well, use AI to reduce task work, and who can communicate effectively so we can move quickly.

  • Always model good leadership at your core, and our company values of Drive, Intent, Integrity, and Empathy

You already have/are:

  • 8+ years of experience delivering innovative and commercially successful products at a tech company.

  • 6+ years leading cross disciplined and cross functional product development teams

  • Shipped exemplary work into a large market.

  • A phenomenal Product Leader; with evidence of innovative product-based impacts while lifting the craft of others.

  • Evidence of building a product development culture that can quickly seed, cultivate, or terminate bets based on what’s working and what isn’t.

  • Deeply understand product and design decisions, drive decision-making alongside the team, identify gaps, delegate appropriately.

  • Leading a team at the forefront of innovation, driving new approaches and delivering AI-powered features and agentic frameworks

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of a company.

  • A player-coach, with evidence of fostering growth and development in others.

  • A continuous learner who solicits feedback proactively.

  • Skilled at balancing product innovation and business goals with GTM execution.
