About this role:
As part of the Ironclad Incubation product pillar, you’ll join the group of talented engineering, product, and design team members working to develop new and transformational products in the Digital Contracting / CLM space.
Ironclad Signature was released in October 2023 and introduced the first eSignature solution deeply embedded in our best-in-class CLM. We turned a commodity into a tool that returned hours of time to executives and legal teams alike, and are doubling down on turning a historically cumbersome process into a catalyst for growth, trust, security, and user delight.
We are looking for a seasoned product leader to help 10x an already successful product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile product management, excellent storytelling skills, and a knack for translating nuanced concepts into compelling narratives. A background in marketing or enterprise development is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Define, execute, and monitor the Ironclad Signature vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance. You are the “CEO” of Ironclad Signature
Create leverage across Ironclad. Collaborate with other product and go-to-market teams to develop high quality, strategic solutions over siloed features
Drive pre- and post-sale teams enablement on strategy, roadmap, and releases
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed user stories and use cases to guide the development process
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
Communicate product updates and vision effectively to stakeholders and customers
Qualifications
4+ years product management experience
BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics or equivalent experience
Prior experience building 1 —> scale products
Curiosity and enthusiasm for talking to end users and understanding their world
Recognized as a collaborative and influential leader; a great partner to all functions
Strong track record of owning end-to-end initiatives and launching impactful products
Exceptional product sense and strategic thinking
Strong organizational and analytical skills

Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
