Your Impact

We’re seeking a technical, growth-focused Marketing Lead who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and rapid experimentation. You’ll take ownership of all marketing activities from ideation to execution, leveraging analytics and a growth-hacking mindset to rapidly scale our presence and customer base.

You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and PR teams to define and execute Inworld’s marketing strategy, setting measurable goals, rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns end-to-end, and analyzing performance rigorously.

What you’ll do

  • Growth-hacking: Lead growth-hacking initiatives to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention through creative, data-driven experimentation.

  • Positioning: Develop and articulate clear and compelling value propositions. Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to understand our technology, products, roadmap, and customer use cases, translating this into compelling messaging and targeted marketing strategies.

  • Campaigns: Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage developers and drive client acquisition. Monitor and analyze the performance of these campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize and improve our approach.

  • Performance: Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and email, ensuring constant testing and improvement.

  • Funnel optimization & analysis: Continuously optimize the marketing funnel and use data to increase conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and overall marketing ROI.

  • Technical content: Drive creation of technical marketing content like demos, videos, presentations, blogs, webinars, and whitepapers, demonstrating the value and capabilities of our product in a clear, engaging manner.

  • Technical fluency & market intelligence: Maintain technical fluency in AI & ML concepts, staying ahead of trends and competition, and leveraging insights to inform marketing decisions.

What you’ll bring

  • BA/BS degree or higher; technical degrees and backgrounds a plus.

  • Demonstrated track record of leading and executing campaigns for technical products.

  • Experience driving rapid growth through innovative and unconventional marketing strategies.

  • High technical fluency, with strong ability to influence and communicate directly with engineers on technical topics. Understanding of AI/ML development and associated communities.

  • Experience utilizing AI tools to significantly boost productivity by automating marketing processes and optimizing campaign execution.

  • Experience scaling marketing at a start-up or fast-growing product from the ground up.

  • Background in AI, ML or technology marketing.

Onsite location: Mountain View, California, United States. Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate (you will be working on-site in our South Bay office a few days a week).

The United States base salary range for this full-time position is between $160,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
