Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Establish, maintain, and grow broad and deep relationships within each customer account in the federal sector.
  • Anticipate and meet customers' needs, leveraging knowledge of security for AI.
  • Facilitate executive meetings to measure progress and business impact, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Manage sales and renewal processes, from qualification to negotiation and close, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop, deliver, and campaign federal quarterly/yearly business plans to drive business growth and exceed targets.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and evolving environment, adapting strategies to meet changing market dynamics.
  • Motivate and mobilize customers and cross-functional partners through diplomatic collaboration and clear communication.

Technical Solution Development:

  • Work with sales engineering to develop solution-based mission value.
  • Educate customers on the value of HiddenLayer as a security for AI solution.


  • 7+ years of federal acquisitions and federal sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth.
  • 5+ years of federal contracts and program engagement experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction and success.
  • Currently eligible for or holds a Top Secret clearance for access to Federal agencies.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and solution architecture best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with SFDC with ability to report KPIs and demonstrate results to grow the business
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and customer success.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, industry events, and company locations
  • Knowledge of marketing and lead generation in the government space, with a focus on large global companies.
  • Successful track record managing a portfolio of clients with a high level of complexity, focus, and intensity.
  • Ability to navigate formal channels and informal networks to get things done effectively.
