Job Description

Engagement Managers play a critical role at Hebbia: you will be responsible for the strategic value creation and deployment of Hebbia with our partners, shaping the world of AI in enterprise.

We’re looking for ambitious and highly skilled individuals who deeply understand real estate investing, development, and asset management workflows and can lead enterprise engagements with ambitious customers. Engagement Managers will be the voice of the customer – understanding explicit and implicit business needs across a multitude of verticals and working with the Product team to inform requirements. A strong candidate requires strategic thinking as we write the value creation and deployment playbook on AI for serious work.

This role is based out of our New York City office in SoHo.


  • Customer-centricity: Deeply understand what makes an investment opportunity attractive to real estate investors, developers, and asset managers, their workflows, and knowledge of various documentation required to analyze a proposed transaction – creatively engage with new teams and support existing users to get the most out of Hebbia
  • Relationship orientation: Build strong relationships (including at the executive level) and serve as a trusted advisor and go-to leader in AI
  • Structured approach: Tackle ambiguous, complex customer and product questions - bringing together a deep understanding of user needs and technical capabilities
  • Define roadmap: Shape the future of the product - bring the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams and strategically advise on the future of the product
  • Grow our team: Help to build the Engagementgrowth team - with potential opportunity to manage a dedicated team in the near future

Who You Are

  • 2-5 years of experience in front-office roles: real estate acquisitions, development, or asset management - with proven ability to bring together customer-facing, analytical, strategic, and cross-functional work
  • Excellent relationship management skills with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset - you see problems or white space and make it yours
  • Distinctive analytical and problem solving capabilities: structure ambiguous, open-ended problems, and quickly iterate on solutions
  • Innate bias towards action and impact, while working in a nimble and fast-paced environment
