Job Description

Our technology powers knowledge workers across financial services, legal, consulting, insurance and other industries. Our customers use Hebbia to make better decisions faster.

We are entering a phase of rapid growth, and you will own our recruiting efforts to bring top go to market talent to our office in New York City.

Responsibilities

While your primary responsibility is sourcing the best go to market talent in the world, we'd want you to be involved with the following too:

  1. Source and screen candidates: Align on ideal profiles, manage sourcing efforts and screen candidates for role fit
  2. Manage candidate experience: Build strong relationships with each hire and manage their interview process
  3. Close candidates: Partner with Hebbia leadership to turn interviewees into new Hebbia hires
  4. Lead D&I efforts: Be a company cultural leader and support the company goal of welcoming diversity in the workplace

The focus of this role is go to market hiring, but may expand into general.

Who You Are

  1. 3+ years of go to market recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup
  2. Proven track record of attracting top talent across levels and go to market functions e.g. Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing
  3. Proven track record rapidly scaling a go to market team
  4. Creativity in problem-solving and innovating across all stages of the hiring cycle
  5. Experience aligning internal stakeholders on job descriptions, compensation bands and interview processes
  6. Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major hiring initiatives
  7. Extreme passion for learning, growth, and leadership
