Job Description:

As the inaugural Head of Demand Generation at Hebbia AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies from the ground up. This is an exceptional opportunity to establish the demand generation function, lead a dynamic team, and collaborate cross-functionally to generate and nurture high-quality leads. Your contributions will be integral to achieving our company's revenue goals and market presence.

This role is based out of our NYC office in Soho.


Demand Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and execute the first-ever demand generation strategies aligned with company objectives, targeting various industries and customer segments.
  • Leverage market research and data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for demand generation optimization.

Lead Generation:

  • Pioneering the planning and execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, webinars, social media, paid advertising, and more.
  • Develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.

Conversion Optimization:

  • Establish and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other touchpoints to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Implement A/B testing and other data-driven methods to continuously improve campaign performance.

Marketing Automation:

  • Set up and manage marketing automation tools to nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
  • Define and implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies for personalized engagement.

Sales Alignment:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification, follow-up processes, and feedback loops.
  • Provide sales enablement materials and support to enhance lead conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of initial demand generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine strategies based on data-driven results.

Who Are You:

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles, with 2+ years in leadership positions. Early stage startup experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies in the technology or AI industry. Financial services experience is a plus!
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative approaches to engage the target audience.
