Role

As an early member of the talent team reporting to our Business Recruiting leader, you’ll own full-cycle recruitment for our business teams (e.g. Sales, HR, Legal, Finance, etc). You'll be given the autonomy and opportunity to be creative and build recruitment processes that will contribute to scaling our team and the long-term growth of Harvey.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with our robust growth goals.

  • Proactively source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and HR teams, and prepare recruitment reports and metrics for analysis.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

  • Actively work towards creating a diverse workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience handling fast-paced, high-volume full cycle recruiting.

  • Prior experience working in a high-growth start-up environment.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Highly organized with the ability to navigate across multiple work streams while managing their time efficiently

  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this role is between 130,000 and 180,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
