The Role
We are looking for a QA Analyst with a paralegal background to join our growing Product team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuance of contract language and is passionate about ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards of accuracy, usability, and reliability.
You will bridge the gap between legal expertise and product quality, using your experience in contract review to help us test new features, validate datasets, and improve workflows that thousands of lawyers rely on.
Responsibilities
Review and test contract-related features to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal standards.
Conduct QA testing across the Draftwise platform.
Identify, document, and track/ticket bugs and inconsistencies, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
Efficiently maintain state of release blockers and communicate status in order to expedite new releases.
Detect and document UI/UX regressions, inconsistencies, and gaps, applying judgment to ensure clarity, usability, and alignment with legal workflows
Validate AI-driven contract review outputs against real-world legal use cases.
Support test case development, regression testing, and release validation.
Work with product owners to document and maintain QA scripts and documentation.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal analyst, or similar role with strong exposure to contract language review.
Familiarity with quality assurance practices (test planning, defect tracking, regression testing).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle inconsistencies in language and data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates.
Proven ability to exercise judgment in evaluating language, workflows, and user experience.
Based in Europe.
