Summer Internship with Dialpad Marketing Team
Location: San Ramon, CA
Duration: June 3rd to August 5th, 2024 (60-90 days preferred)

Your role
As a Marketing Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with our Events and Partner Marketing Team. The internship involves hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, exposure to various aspects of event planning, and campaign building.
What you'll do
Your primary project will be to develop and launch a process and store for Dialpad branded gift items (aka swag). This includes:
- Establish and manage the Sales Swag Request Process, ensuring a streamlined and efficient system.
- Implement a strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Swag Strategy to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute an Event Swag Strategy aligned with planned events.
- Create and maintain a Swag store catering to the needs of customers, prospects, and internal employees.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Marketing and Sales Funnel
- Familiarize yourself with the structure of a SaaS Marketing team.
- Appreciate the significance of operationalizing programs for creating seamless workflows in a large organization.
- Participate in planning meetings for current and upcoming campaigns.
By the end of your internship, you will have
- Experience in planning and executing events.
- Implemented components of marketing campaigns.
- Built an internal marketplace for ordering branded items.
