About the Team
The R&D Operations team at Clari helps drive Product/Engineering strategic planning, product delivery and effectiveness, operational coordination, and rhythm while driving visibility and coordination within R&D and with our customers and stakeholders. About the Role
You will partner with our global R&D organization as part of the Product Operations group to help facilitate product planning, tools, processes, & meeting cadences. You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization at Clari, responsible for supporting our product and engineering teams.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Krakow or the area of Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Create and leverage critical templates for the product teams
  • Templates for decks that communicate strategies and roadmaps (eg. All Hands meetings)
  • Templates for business cases and product meetings such as weekly business reviews
  • Implement, evangelize, train, and manage tools that support the product management tool stack. (Eg: Idea management tools and processes, road-mapping tools, analytics tools, and other documentation tools)
  • Help coordinate the site activities for annual and quarterly planning processes along with other Site R&D Ops leaders. (Includes helping teams prepare initiatives for quarterly planning, helping PMs with their 1-pager and business cases for annual planning, and being a point person for questions on the overall process)
  • Create and leverage critical artefacts that help the product team communicate inside and outside the organization - building or helping create decks, documentation, wiki pages, and release notes
  • Manage internal stakeholders through the whole feature roll-out process, including tracking, cohort definition, customer communication, and internal field enablement creation
  • Drive or contribute to running complex cross-geo programs apart from the Product Operations Roadmap (Eg. Voice of the customer program or our analytics and feedback support for product lines)
  • Gather and operationalize all customer and internal feedback
  • Coordinate interlocks with other departments to drive, collect, and operationalize feedback (such as customer feedback, feedback on processes, strategy, and plans)

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a similar role or has worked in Product Management or Program management in R&D
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience with a SaaS solutions provider
  • Experience scaling product management teams through various processes and tooling
  • Experience coordinating teams and processes in a multi-geo environment
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal, with good presentation skills
  • Can Influence without authority
  • Data fluent: can help with product manager needs to gather and present data: Customer usage, Product telemetry, Business data, market data
