About the role

The Growth Team will help achieve our goal of building a humanity scale product with billions of users by developing experiences that deliver on our mission to give everyone access to AGI. As a Software Engineer on Growth, you will help bring Character.AI to millions of new users around the globe.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features aimed at improving user acquisition, user onboarding, and user retention. Run and analyze A/B experiments to test the impact of those new features.

• Participate in brainstorming experiment ideas for experiments the team should run

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Experience working on Growth engineering teams or data driven product engineering teams for a consumer product.

• Experience with React
