The Opportunity:
Observe.AI is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to elevate our campaigns and programs across all channels. From crafting high-level campaign strategies to meticulously overseeing launch details, you will spearhead the execution of our initiatives. As a vital link between marketing teams, you will ensure seamless coordination to create impactful campaigns and customer journeys.
What you will be doing:
- Understand the ideal buyer persona and build connected buying journeys that strategically highlight the advantages and solutions offered by Observe.AI.
- Transform the integrated campaigns strategy into funnel-focused initiatives to engage, acquire, and convert throughout the sales funnel.
- Develop a comprehensive cross-channel campaign that enables our field, partner, demand gen, and ABM marketers with assets to drive consistent messaging across channels.
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of campaign activities.
- Forge strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a synchronized effort to effectively reach targets.
Who you are:
- 6+ years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate and influence across teams, aligning stakeholders around common goals and campaign visions.
- Creativity in developing engaging and innovative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong ability to interpret data, extract insights, and drive campaign improvements.
